International Advocates’ Working Group
Accountability Counsel convenes the International Advocates’ Working Group (IAWG), a network of civil society organizations established to share information, lessons learned, best practice, and strategy around international accountability mechanisms. The working group is composed of advocates from around the world who work locally, regionally, and globally to advance community-driven accountability office complaints through direct support and policy advocacy. Members of IAWG communicate on a regular basis and participate in an annual retreat.
