    The Accountability Office

EFIC’s has established a Complaints Mechanism (CM) and anyone concerned about an EFIC sponsored activity can submit a complaint to the CM. The CM will investigate the complaint and attempt to address the issue through dispute resolution and mediation.

After agreement with you, the CM might also involve other parties in the resolution process, such as mediators or external experts. The complaint may also be referred to another party for resolution including the project’s management.
A complaint over the actions and decisions of the EFIC CM can be made to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.

For more information, see our Accountability Resource Guide or visit the EFIC CM’s website.
