Transmission Tragedy

The European Investment Bank funded a transmission line in Nepal. Communities living in the project zone are demanding the bank hear their concerns and suspend the project until their rights are respected. This video was produced by the Lawyers’ Association for Human Rights of Nepalese Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous Media Foundation, in partnership with affected community members and Accountability Counsel.
