BRICS bank drawn into LHWP dispute

Two civil society organizations have accused the New Development Bank (NDB),the Shanghai-based lender established by Brazil, Russia, India, China and SouthAfrica, of failing to adequately engage communities affected by the secondphase of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP).
