Data Analysts will primarily work within our Research program to contribute to ongoing data projects. The work will involve building out an existing Python-based interactive database of all cases filed in our field, and producing statistical models of variables affecting case performance. These findings will be used in our database as well as any upcoming publications on the status of accountability in the field. For an example of the type of work that a Data Analyst will contribute to, please see our more recent data report, Mapping Accountability: A Regional Look at Complaints in Development Finance and Chapter 2 of last year’s report, Glass Half Full? The State of Accountability in Development Finance.

Positions are unpaid, but we will be happy to work with your institution to arrange academic credit.

We accept applications from graduate students and recent graduates. Women, people of color, persons with disabilities, and international students are strongly encouraged to apply. Graduate students are expected to have finished at least one year of study in a related field.
