Chloe Dimopoulos joined Accountability Counsel as a Law Fellow in spring 2019. Chloe is a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Candidate at UC Berkeley, specializing in Environmental, and Energy & Clean Technology Law. Prior to joining Accountability Counsel, Chloe was a trainee attorney in Athens, Greece working on energy litigation and M&A proceedings. Following the refugee crisis in 2015, Chloe continued her traineeship as a legal counsel at PRAKSIS, where she provided legal advice and representation services to unaccompanied minors in Greece, helping them with their asylum and family reunification applications. Chloe completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and received an LL.M. with a specialization in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her thesis “Remedies for Climate Change”, explored alternative international compliance mechanisms that promote and enforce climate change policies.
