IAWG 2015 Annual Retreat in Asheville, NC, USA

Accountability Counsel convenes an International Advocates’ Working Group (IAWG), a network of civil society organizations around the world, to share information, lessons learned, best practice and strategy around international accountability mechanisms.  The working group is composed of organizations from all over the world who work locally, regionally and globally on accountability issues. Members of the IAWG communicate on a regular basis and had a first retreat in 2015. Nearly 40 advocates gathered for the second IAWG retreat in San Francisco in February 2017.
