Volunteer
Oscar is a Swedish citizen and expert in advertising and graphic design. He has an Associates degree in Information Technology and Public Relations from College at Mitthogskolan in Sundsvall, Sweden, and has worked as a project manager for an off-set printing house and as a graphic designer. Oscar provides pro bono design support to Accountability Counsel.
