Through advocating that international financial institutions make their systems more independent, fair, transparent, professional, accessible, and effective, and through work toward creation of a new Foreign Investor Accountability Mechanism, Accountability Counsel creates increased opportunities for resolution of disputes and compliance with social and environmental standards.
